To my Flourishing readers, I'm so grateful you're joining in book club! This book club offers an incredible community of readers. One of the perks? It's all online-based so you never have to leave your pajamas or your favorite cup of coffee. Each month, a book will be chosen. At the end of the month, we'll have a discussion on the book of the month. All thoughts are welcome! If you don't feel comfortable sharing it because everyone agrees with one another, message me privately and I can post it anonymously. It is important to remain encouraging, positive, and respectful even if someone's thoughts are different from yours. I love hearing different perspectives and listening to varying dialogue.

At any point, I am always open to feedback in order to help this book club achieve its highest potential and to run as smoothly as possible. You can use the contact form in the drop down menu to reach me! I'd also love to hear any future book recommendations you may have. The best part about this book club is it's all online-based. So you can keep your

Reading Tips

I made a post here for anyone who needs tips on reading. Some of us become so easily distracted while reading and would like to become better readers. This post offers many tips you can try to help you focus in on the books you read. Many think reading is undeniably simple because it's such a common skill but actually reading – absorbing and retaining information – is a unique skillset that requires practice, just as anything else does. So don't be discouraged if you come across any issues while reading the book of the month. My e-mail is always open if you have questions or need any encouragement.

I know this may seem overwhelming. I'm a mother and a student so I get it. I'm busy, too and I want to read as much as I can. But we've got this. Together. Part of the beauty of this community is we're all busy! So we can find encouragement in one another. I believe a well-lived life is surrounded by beautiful words and stories.
