This week I've been playing around with a variety of vegan recipes that would be delicious for both a vegan and a meat-eater. Trying to create dishes that are fun and enjoyable for both of us has been a goal of mine this week and so far, I've nailed it with spicy cauliflower burgers, burrito bowls, and this curry soup tonight. I've been bored with the usual pizzas, rice dishes, pasta dishes, sautéed vegetables, and needed something that branched out of our usual comfort zone.
